• Short personal interview (applicant’s personality & motivation focused)

• Copy of the Diploma of Completed Secondary (High) School Education + academic transcript indicating the disciplines studied (Biology, Chemistry) and the grades received.

  Copy of GCE Advanced Level issued by one of the official examination boards in UK or in the country of origin – awarded in Biology and Chemistry – at least one of these two subjects at A-2 level and the other one – either at A-2 or at A/S level.
• Original document issued by a competent authority certifying the applicant’s right to apply and continue their education in higher schools/universities in the country of origin of the secondary (high) school they have attended.
• Health Certificate (original) issued not earlier than one month prior to applying.
• Copy of the valid ID/International passport

Candidates from EU, EEA (and CH) countries:

• Application forms for university
• Baccalaureate Diploma/ an equivalent to the Baccalaureate Diploma, including the grades obtained in the Baccalaureate exam.
• High - school transcripts or study records
• Birth certificate
• A copy of the passport (pages 1, 2, 3 and 4) valid for at least 6 months following acceptance to study at the University
• A medical certificate from the country of origin or residence containing proof of hepatitis B vaccination, information whether or not the candidate is registered as suffering from chronic diseases, a mention that the candidate does not suffer from contagious diseases or other diseases incompatible with the future profession, and the candidate’s psychiatric evaluation.
• The certificate of linguistic competence in language of tuition ( English) with level B2, user as the minimal accepted level for Grigore T. Popa University. B1 for Ovidius University required.
• A copy of the document specifying the permanent home address in the country of origin (issued by the respective Town Hall or the Prefecture) – Ovidius University only.
• 4 standard  ID photos

• Originals or certified copies of their secondary school certificates (for all the years of secondary school and the final certificate of education) with official transcript of grades
• CV in English
• 4x photographs, 4×6 cm (not older than six months)
• Original medical certificate of general health status (not older than 1 month) issued by an authorized family physician (not a family member)
• Photocopy of passport
• Original or certified copy of their birth certificate
• Certified financial statement that the applicant or his/her sponsor has adequate financial resources to finance his/her study (bank statement or statement of financial credibility)
• English language proficiency certificate (TOEFL, IELTS…). Cambridge and Oxford English language exams and certificates issued by (foreign) language schools (C1 level) are also accepted, as well as certificates of English language proficiency issued by a secondary school a candidate attended.
